- Contact point for guests in the arena - Distribution of program booklets, clappers etc.
- Accompanying players from the end of the game to the doping control - Assistance in other areas when no assignment is announced Note: The doping control is announced at short notice, which is why we cannot define exact test days and days of training in advance. A good to very good knowledge of English is required.
- Reception staff at train stations and airports - Transport of employees, guests, partners of the IHF and the Organizing Committee - Looking after the guests
- Looking after the teams and officials in the hotels - Contact person and support for the shuttle service
- Contact person for journalists in the press center, the media stand and the photo areas - Assistance with the organization and coordination of press conferences and mixed zones - Staffing the info point in the media center - Distribution of the line-ups
- Recording of live data (goals, penalties, etc.) and support for the statistics service provider during matches
- Assignment in areas where additional help is needed - Spontaneous tasks that are not covered by any volunteer area - Substitution in case of illness
- 24/7 support for your team - Interface & communication point between team and organizers

- Wiping slippery surfaces on the pitch - Flag bearer during the opening ceremony
