The days specified in your application form are not yet binding. You can adjust availability at any time in the volunteer management system.

Once you have been selected as a volunteer, we will provide you with an exemption application to submit to your employer. We recommend that you talk to your employer early on. Please note that the right to special leave is regulated differently in each federal state.

You must be available for at least 5 days (equivalent to 5 shifts) during the event period. Of course, you can also support us in the preparation and follow-up phase. Every support is welcome.

A shift lasts an average of 6 to 8 hours, with a break included. The length can vary depending on your area of application or task.

In order to prepare you for the Hamburg Open ATP 500, we will offer a mandatory training course. Before the event, each of you must complete the following training: Role-specific training – information about the specific tasks you will perform in your area and a tour of the Rothenbaum Stadium site.
