Questions about my volunteering

Enthusiasm, reliability, motivation & time

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Availability: Time for an assignment on the race and training days, as well as during set-up and dismantling
  • Insurance: currently valid health insurance
  • Language skills: German and English
  • Ski crazy: Affinity and enthusiasm for the ski sport
  • Motivation: Interest in working in a team

You must be at least 18 years old.

To be part of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals 2024, you must be available for the race and training days, as well as for set-up and dismantling.

Your work as a volunteer will not be financially remunerated. However, you will receive other cool advantages/benefits as a volunteer.

During your assignment we will take care of your catering and the most important: You will have the chance to be part of a special and emotional event with unforgettable moments.

Sign up and registration

After you have signed up on the website and completed your personal profile, you can register as a volunteer for the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals 2024. During the registration process, you can specify your skills and preferred functional areas to volunteer in. When registering, please have an identity card or passport and a passport photo ready.

In addition, we use your personal data for accreditation via our event management software. The Austrian Ski Federation and its subsidiaries manage your data and may contact you, with your consent, for other events that the Ski Federation organizes. Your data will not be passed on to other third parties beyond the ones described above.

You can register as a volunteer until December 1, 2023.

Registration as a volunteer is open until December 1. After that, we will select the volunteers for the individual functional areas and contact them by e-mail.

At the start of your assignment period.

As a volunteer, you are covered by a liability and accident insurance during your assignment in your functional area. You must have your own active, public health insurance though.

Here you will find a description of the functional areas.

You can select three functional areas when you register. Based on your skills and desired areas, we will assign you accordingly, if possible. Unfortunately, we can't assign everyone to their desired area, but we will do our best to make sure you get the assignment that interests you the most. Feel free to let us know in the comments column of your registration which activity you are most passionate about.

Basically, no previous experience is required, but if you have already participated in a volunteer program in the area of alpine ski events, we would be very happy to hear about your expertise.

It helps us in planning, communication and training if you are available for the entire period. To be part of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals 2024, you must be available for the race and training days, as well as for set-up and dismantling.

You will be informed about your shift via the Eventvolunteers app, which you have to download on your mobile phone. In addition, you will also receive an overview of the shift schedule for your entire assignment period.
