In this way, we ensure the access authorisations for the individual areas of the competition arena.


Here, we need you mainly to support our small finance and administration team, which handles legal and financial matters, especially in the area of insurance coverage. You have experience in the insurance sector, even know how to record and process claims? You are reliable and speak English fluently? Then you will fit in perfectly with our administration team.

Digital Communication

Our digital communication team is active on all channels of the INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023. On our website, in newsletters and on social media, it is our aim to always provide the latest information, and to spread the Invictus spirit around the world. As part of our team, you will be deployed according to your strengths and help make the Invictus Games an unforgettable experience for all those who cannot be there live.



In the Legacy area, you are responsible for the legacy of the Games, i.e. for that what remains. To achieve a lasting legacy, we have planned various events, such as an international conference, art projects, events with children, or the operation of a special military post office. The INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023 will generate a lot of media interest. Of course, we would like to give the journalists and media representatives a warm welcome, and provide them with professional support throughout the Games. Moreover, the volunteers in the press team will help with the running of our press centre, thus providing a professional working environment for the journalists.


Here, you will be responsible for accompanying high-ranking individual guests and delegations with special protocol support requirements. These will primarily be international individual guests and delegations consisting of government representatives and their escorts. When looking after these guests and delegations, the most important thing, apart from absolute reliability, is to always be friendly and courteous, and to react flexibly and confidently to frequently changing circumstances. You are the link between the organisers of the INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023 and the guests. You act as part of a team and in close coordination with the entire protocol team.

Side Events

Support us in the area of side events during the INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023. Your work will be characterised by the international exchange with the delegations and their Family & Friends. Our main goal is for everyone to feel comfortable and experience the Games in Düsseldorf as an unforgettable event. The tasks in the area of side events are varied and include, for example, distributing food and drinks at the After Show Party, supporting the showpersons in the Invictus Village, or taking over tasks of the organising team that arise at short notice. No matter how you want to support us, instead of just being there, you will always be right in the middle of things as a friendly and open representative of the INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023.

Spectator Services

In the Spectator Services area at the INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023, you will ensure a friendly and sociable atmosphere, thereby making a significant contribution to the ‘Invictus ‘Spirit’. Spectators, competitors, and Family & Friends will be assisted with any questions they may have.


Tasks may include, for example, the setting up and dismantling before, during and after the competitions, providing material and catering, marshalling, and maintaining the material and playing area during the Games.

Team Liaison

The teams and their competitors are the most important persons at the INVICTUS GAMES DÜSSELDORF 2023. You will work closely with the respective team, accompany and support them during their stay at your best. Whenever your organizational talent or your communication skills are required, you are their first point of contact. You will be assigned to a participating nation whose language you ideally speak and will accompany them throughout their stay. If you have a high sense of responsibility, enjoy working in an orderly and coordinated fashion, have strong communication skills and assertiveness, then this is your field of work.


The arrival and departure of the competitors and the back and forth with a lot of luggage in a city that you do not know requires support. This is where you come in! We need your help to make the stay of our guests as stress-free and smooth as possible right from the start. This includes loading luggage and sports equipment, especially for our impaired guests, and directing them to the right buses. Support the Travel & Transport team and lend a hand!

Volunteer Management

In Volunteer Management, you plan and coordinate the personnel and the organisational assignment of all volunteers, so that the right volunteer is always planned for the right task. In addition, we need you as a dutiful and reliable shift leader in the different areas of responsibility. You have experience in the area of volunteering and personnel management, are stress-resistant and communicative, you enjoy taking responsibility, and you are very reliable? Then you will fit in well in volunteer management. The job starts a few days before the Opening Ceremony, and ends the day after the Closing Ceremony.
